ABOUT
The new Nabokov residential complex, built in the style of repressed minimalism is the hallmark of Ostozhenka.
Location
The harmony, beauty and tranquility of the "Golden Mile" surround the owners of apartments in the Nabokov residential complex, located at the intersection of Pozharsky and Kursovy Pereulok.
ARCHITECTURE
The rhythm of the windows determines the unified geometry of the building. At the same time, its strict and elegant facade consists of 42,800 elements made of natural stone. Each bar has been mounted manually with pinpoint accuracy. The velvety texture of the building is emphasised by the panoramic windows made, through a custom project in Switzerland, from completely transparent glass with Optiwhite technology.
THE ORIGINAL, ARTISTIC ARCHITECTURE IS A NEW CONCEPT, OFFERING WELL-THOUGHT-OUT SPACES AND EXQUISITE CONTENT.
The installation of 300 hand-made butterflies produced at the Lasvit factory is the stunning decorative highlight of the lobby of Nabokov House.
The monumental marble staircase is both an exquisite design element and the main player in an architectural game of shapes and volumes.
INTERIORS

Nabokov House has just 14 highly-sought-after apartments and a penthouse with a spacious terrace.

Most of the windows have a magnificent views over the quiet Ostozhenka lanes.

All the apartments feature sumptuous finishes with precious wood, marble and stone. So, each luxurious dark wood floorcover complements the olive brown marble and creates a single aesthetically balanced area. All the kitchens in the apartments have been crafted through a custom project at the Italian MC Cucine factory.
One of the most significant elements of life, the cleanest air in the very centre of the Moscow megapolis, fills Nabokov House. The innovative Tion air quality control system clears it of allergens, dust and even of the smallest particles, 350 times smaller than the diameter of a human hair.
Stylish, noble materials and sophisticated details create the luxurious interiors. There is perfection of detail: the American white oak floors for the Nabokov House apartments have been crafted by hand by Ebony and Co, a company that has been designing items from an array of valuable timbers for the most luxurious projects in the world for more than half a century.
The interiors of the bathrooms continue the style of minimalism, where the light shades of natural stone meet with the elegant pearl shine of the smooth surfaces.
