Forbes annually ranks developers in different segments of the real estate. According to the results of 2022, the media shows not only what success the company achieved in the past, ranking developers simply by the revenue. In this rating, the revenue for 2021 is also taken into account, but it is only one of many parameters. To assess the confidence of developers, Forbes analyzed three aspects of the company's performance — revenue (weight 0.3), debt (weight 0.3), and confidence (weight 0.4).

“Revenue” is the company’s income in 2021 and in the first half of 2022, as well as the ratio of revenue in the first half of 2022 to the same period of “peaceful” 2021. If the company continues to sell apartments and increases volumes, this is a plus.

"Debt" is the financial commitment to the bank. Forbes sent out dozens of questionnaires to market participants, trying to collect data on the debt, but received very few answers to this particular question. Therefore, available information was used in this section, i.e. project finance and public debt (bond issues).

Finally, “confidence” is the most important indicator at the end of 2022. Forbes analyzed how many new projects the company has launched despite the crisis. In the mass housing segment, large public developers PIK Group  and Samolet have the highest scores in this column. In the business class, Tekta Group and MR Group got the highest points. In the premium-class, Vesper and Sminex are the leaders.
